If you see this law office on Instagram, RUN. Unless, you would like to experience LEGAL MALPRACTICE. This has been one of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating experiences I have ever dealt with. I came to this office while recovering from a traumatic brain injury, back pain, a deviated septum, Bell’s palsy, and other serious medical issue--expecting support and competent legal representation. What I got instead felt like negligence, chaos, and zero accountability. Let’s start with their staff. An employee, Jaelani Sanchez (no longer there), completely misrepresented me and damaged my case. I was sent to a neurologist’s office where I was left standing for over 15 minutes while dizzy and lightheaded literally clinching my boyfriend just to stay upright. No one offered me a seat. The only place to sit had a sign saying “DO NOT SIT.” When I raised this issue, instead of fixing it, I was accused of “refusing treatment.” That is FALSE. I refused to return to a place that couldn’t even provide a basic seat for a patient with a brain injury. Huge difference. On my second visit, I found out there WAS a waiting room in the back, no one bothered to guide a new patient there. That alone tells you everything about how poorly this operation is run. It doesn’t stop there. Communication was terrible. Case handling was sloppy & full of LIES. They refused to take accountability because if they did they would ADMIT to LEGAL MALPRACTICE! They lied multiple times to COVER IT UP! Imagine going through mental confusion and pain during a brain injury and your legal team is gaslighting you to NO END! I had my boyfriend present for calls to CONFIRM I was not CRAZY! Follow-through was nonexistent. In my opinion, their actions (and inactions) severely hurt my ability to properly build evidence for my case. Because of how badly this was handled, it has been difficult to even find new representation. Then comes the most telling part—Mr. Khorshidi himself. The only time he personally reached out to me was AFTER I left a negative review DUE TO ALMOST A YEAR OF ABUSE. Not to check on me. Not to fix anything. But because I was “jeopardizing his livelihood.” That call was completely unprofessional. I was talked down to, dismissed, and made to feel like the problem. At one point, he brought up suicide in a way that was wildly inappropriate—especially considering I had a documented traumatic brain injury, where that topic is medically sensitive. That alone should tell you everything about his judgment. He proceed to make ILLEGITIMATE CLAIMS about my issues with past legal representation. I left my past lawyers due to the FACT that they were young and inexperienced. I wanted a lawyer that would not just settle but would FIGHT FOR ME which is what Khorshidi claims. To make things worse, I received emails about a child support judgment that had absolutely NOTHING to do with my injury case. That made it very clear where the priorities are. His email also said he could proceed with litigation if I payed a 450 "filling fee" which contradicts his YELP "NO FEES until you get MONEY $$" he also mentioned my rate would go from 33% to 40%. He is money hungry for YOUR compensation. Let me be clear: this has never been about money for me. This has been about the complete lack of care, competence, and professionalism during one of the hardest periods of my life. The only person who has suffered through this entire experience is ME. Despite everything, I have maintained professional communication, voiced my concerns, and advocated for myself to no avail. Regardless, I’m still pushing forward while maintaining a 4.0 GPA while pursuing my BACHELORS OF SCIENCE IN NURSING. So no, this isn’t coming from someone Khorshidi BERATED as “miserable” over a RECORDED call TOWARD ME. This is coming from someone who IS DEEPLY COMPETENT IN PATIENT ADVOCACY, NEGLIGENCE, and LEGAL ATROCITIES. I was failed by the very people who were supposed to help. Take that however you want but I WOULD NEVER TRUST OR RECOMMEND OTHERS TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN!
