I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this attorney. I am the power of attorney responsible for handling my mother’s care and managing the settlement funds we received through this legal matter. It has been months, and I still have not received the settlement funds, despite them receiving their portion. I have provided my correct address multiple times, the settlement check continues to be sent to an address in the wrong state. This has caused additional delays and made it much more difficult to provide the care my mother needs. I have also had significant issues with communication. This attorney has been extremely difficult to reach by both phone and email, and my attempts to get answers and resolve these issues have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and progress has caused a great deal of stress and strife for my family during an already difficult time.
