We had a problem with a landlord when leasing a home. We were steered to ILG and Max Soi by a friend. We were told we had to pay $300 for a consultation. We paid and met with Soi. We did what he suggested by writing the landlord. When the problem was not resolved we went back to ILG and Soi repeatedly to engage them to help us further. Multiple calls and emails to Soi his support staff went unanswered. When I finally spoke with both Soi and staff they said they would send an engagement contract. Never received one. More calls and emails, and was told that they would send the engagement contract, but they never did.

I think that the $300 consultation call (20 minutes) is how these guys are making money. Stay away.....

--> update after reading Soi's response below: Soi did NOT tell me had medical issues. He did say he would send the engagement contract (NO 'if I get the chance'). I'm out $6000 to a sleazy landlord and their sleazy leasing company (Windermere Property Management JMW Group), AND the $300 to ILG. A terrible experience overall after the consultation left me all alone...

Extremely frustrating experience. My case was consistently ignored, resulting in major delays. Communication was lacking, and Max Soi’s advice and conduct was unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Justin Mishkin is great. He is personable, knowledgeable, and also realistic, which I very much appreciate. He kept me informed through the process and was always willing to answer questions. I highly recommend him.

I was in a sticky situation with an apartment management and a neighbor. I reached out to ILG and Max answered the phone. Max listened to my case and was willing to work with me. Max helped me through the whole lease break process. Attorney Max knows the law in the state of Washington, and told me exactly how to run the play so that I can rightfully get out of my lease.
