I was in an accident in December. I’m from Washington state, but was visiting my best friend for her wedding. So some context, I am out of state. HOWEVER. That does not mean that my team of lawyers should be neglecting me and my case. I called 3 weeks ago, and Isaac said he would have my team call me. No one has. And this is not the first time with lack of communication. Back in January, they kept trying to get me to use my own medical coverage on my car insurance for the accident and they filed a claim with my insurance on my behalf after I told them I didn’t want to do that. I was rear ended. I wasn’t filing a claim on my insurance for anything. And then my insurance company dropped me afterwards. Which is exactly why I didn’t want to file a claim. Last conversation was back in March and they told me to wait for further communication. They were supposed to be finding a provider that would accept a lien and I’m at a deadlock and standstill of treatment. It is now less than a week away from June and I still haven’t heard anything. Don’t be like me and think just because they have high reviews that they’ll actually take care of you, because that has not been my experience. I genuinely feel like my healing was cut short, and I don’t get to get the care my body needs to heal because my team can’t tell me what is going on and what next steps to take.
