Don’t reply to the contact form and very rude, terse to interact with in other means. Find other attorneys.

Editing to add more clarity since the firm does not understand the complaint. I submitted on the contact us form and never received a response. I had to find emails on the website to contact. I did get a response which stated that he did not have the capacity to take on the issue.

Working with other firms in the past they generally refer or point you in a direction. Again, the interaction was rude and required a lot of effort on my part to get a response.
