Boohoff Law, P.A. – Auto Accident Lawyers

Dear [Management/boohoff Team I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my wife and I received from Boohoff Law. Specifically, our experience with Lauren Primmer and Jared Bailey was highly unprofessional. During my case, they were unable to locate the other party's insurance information. Because it was missing from the police report, I ultimately had to go to the individual's house myself to request it. Furthermore, communication was consistently poor. Phone calls and text messages rarely received a response, and I was forced to constantly follow up just to receive basic updates, which took an unreasonable amount of time. Additionally, my wife’s case experienced significant delays. She was told she would receive her closing letter on the 21st, but it did not arrive until August 5th. While Lauren claimed she had emailed it on the 21st, no such email was ever received. When I attempted to follow up daily during this period, Jared responded three days later to inform me Lauren was out of the office for a week, though she was actually away for two weeks. The last communication from Lauren was on the 21st, when she claimed she was still waiting to receive the letter herself. Given these experiences, I am incredibly disappointed with the level of service provided by Lauren Primmer and Jared Bailey. I expect a much higher standard of professionalism and communication from your firm.

I called in hopes to get a lawyer, I was told they couldn't take my case, but that they could refer me to a treatment clinic they work with. I know how to find a chiropractor, I don't know how to navigate a personal injury on my own. Went to Dubin instead and got the help I need. Thanks anyways
