The more I am exposed to other attorneys, the more appreciation I have for my experience with Keith. He was compassionate enough to show interest and did not hesitate to intervene when I was at the mercy of an unscrupulous insurance adjuster. I called this firm to inquire about whether they might be able to take on a potential case. When the phone was answered, the person simply said “hello” without identifying the business. To confirm I had reached the correct number, I politely asked what business I was calling. The response I received was “a business,” delivered with noticeable attitude.
I found this interaction unprofessional. In my experience, legitimate firms identify themselves when answering the phone, even if only briefly. The tone and lack of basic courtesy from the very first interaction was enough for me to decide not to proceed further. Regardless of whether they could have handled my case, professionalism matters, and this was not a good first impression.

Attorney Keith Hasson has an impressive resume, and great personality but his character does not align with his personality or resume. In my case, a federal case, the judge dismisses my case, and shared what Attorney Keith Hasson failed to present, and Keith refused to fix it. I have since learned that he failed to present other glaring and fundamental contractual material claims. If you read what the judge stated in my case about his failure to present certain facts and consider the resume of Keith, you would think it was two different people. Under no circumstances I could feel comfortable recommending this attorney to do anything other than retire.
