				This is a long overdue review. If you have a tricky real state situation, I would strongly suggest Ted Hanning. He was able to solve our situation within a day, which another lawyer said cannot be resolved. 

Most importantly he gave me advice on what to do based his view on what is important in life, as oppose to ask me to decide. 

I would not worry about the cost.

				I needed a second opinion about a cloudy title issue and Trevor Ross from Hannig Law straightened it all out. I am so glad I didn't settle for a sub par attorney. I feel much better working with a TEAM at their Law firm. He will be doing my Living Trust, Will and Health Directive. He is so much more thorough than the first two attorneys I worked with at another practice.
