This is really a 4 3/4 Star review. We updated our estate plan with Marisa, and she was great. Knows her stuff. Has an efficient process for getting info from us and translating that into a finished document. The missing 1/4 star is just because I felt a tiny bit rushed like I wasn't getting her answers quickly enough. I think this was due to tiny glitches in communication due to (a) a transition between paralegals and (b) Marisa trying to manage expectations on timing so clients don't just hang out there for many months. So, yes, definitely patronize this business! And if you are unclear on your "deadlines," just ask!
