Will do nothing for a complex case. I was told that the only way I could get a license back was the way the board wanted, and then the next day was granted a hearing to dispute the facts of my case. Now, I have wasted $500 yesterday for her to tell me the same thing as the board rather than finding a solution to my complex problem, and rather than actually fighting for something that isn’t simple. Her fight was that I would never get a hearing by the board. Again I’ve been granted hearing the second I asked for one. Just fyi, she makes it clear that the first 15 minutes are her reviewing your case (any paperwork beforehand she will not review, so if complex she spends it trying to add it up), and then the next 15 mins of you paid time she will review her fees and retainer.
