My husband retained Goldberg & Lindenberg to represent him and his business partner in a dispute with another partner. Initially, the firm appeared responsive and accommodating. However, after the initial retainer was paid, the level of service declined significantly.

Communication became inconsistent, with emails and calls frequently going unanswered. Legal filings contained avoidable errors that required refiling, which caused unnecessary delays. What should have been a relatively straightforward matter became prolonged and frustrating due to repeated administrative issues and lack of responsiveness.

Ultimately, my husband and his partner felt compelled to file a complaint with the Attorney Grievance Committee, terminate the firm’s representation, and pursue further legal action, which eventually resulted in a settlement.

Based on this experience, I would strongly caution others before engaging Goldberg & Lindenberg for legal representation. The experience raised serious concerns about professionalism, responsiveness, and overall client care.
