I had many lawyers in family case and this firm is the worse!

Disclaimer: This review reflects only my personal experience and opinions. I hired William Edgar to represent me, and my experience was extremely disappointing. He missed one of my court hearings, arrived late to multiple appointments and court appearances, and his communication was consistently poor. I was also charged far more than I believe was reasonable for the level of service I received. One of the most frustrating issues involved my billing. I discovered that I had been billed for an attorney attending a hearing that was not even my hearing. I had to call the office numerous times before anyone would address the issue. When they finally returned my call, I was told that my case had been mixed up with another client's case and that I had been billed by mistake for an attorney's attendance at that other hearing. I was also told they did not want to return my calls until they had first spoken with Mr. Edgar to confirm what had happened. In my experience, the office staff was extremely rude and difficult to deal with, and I found Mr. Edgar's handling of my case to be unprofessional and unreliable. The entire experience caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult legal matter. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend his services.

I was given Nicole as my lawyer. At first she was ok to respond to my questions. As time went on less and less. She even took vacation without informing me she'd be unavailable. I had went here because it said they deal with cps cases which is serious and terrifying. Even though I was falsely accused, she advised me to completely give up all visitation with my child. I felt very pressured. I've since seen another lawyer which said this was the worst custody arrangement he's seen in all his career! I had been primary custodian for 12 years!
I had insisted I wanted her to draft up the paperwork, but she allowed the opposing party to do so. So everything was in their favor, which I was afraid of. I asked her to include my birthday, and mother's day to be in the visitation. I was ignored. I had asked her for 1 weekend a month, same. I wasn't allowed to see my daughter for my birthday.

In the end she just wanted me to sign the papers and take my money.
My manipulative ex has now cut me off from my daughter, and it's killing me.
I suggest avoiding this place if you have a serious, delicate matter to solve. They don't have your best interest in mind.
