I was taken advantage of by Maaco, where they did a terrible job on my vehicle. I paid for their top-tier paint job and additional work to have my car sanded, but they never sanded it and did not even completely paint the car. On top of that, they damaged my interior. The entire experience left me feeling vulnerable, upset, and frustrated. During the process, I felt bullied and overwhelmed, but Casey stepped in and defended me.

From my very first phone call with Casey, he made me feel like he genuinely cared about my situation, almost as if he were going through it himself. I am so grateful that I reached out to him. Not only did Casey fight diligently on my behalf, but he was able to get Maaco to refund the money I paid for the botched paint job, as well as cover the cost to strip the paint down to the metal and repaint the car properly at a reputable shop. Casey was also able to get extra funds awarded to get my car reupholstered.

As I said before, Casey Daggette is amazing. He is professional, compassionate, and truly fights for what is right. I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. Hopefully, Maaco learned their lesson and will not deceive or take advantage of others in the future. If not and I find out, I'm going to put them in contact with Casey.
