I had the misfortune of working with Kelley Bennett on a family law matter, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. We submitted our final stipulation judgment back in June 2025, and here we are in mid-September—over three months later—and we still don’t have it finalized or returned. My attorney has followed up multiple times, chasing down updates with no real progress.
On August 12th, Kelley assured us it would be handled within two weeks, blaming yet another staffing change at the firm. That “two weeks” came and went, and after even more follow-ups, there’s still radio silence. No communication, no excuses, just endless waiting. If you’re dealing with time-sensitive legal issues, steer clear—this level of disregard for deadlines and client needs is inexcusable. I wouldn’t recommend this attorney to anyone.
