My experience with Dan was contentious at best. The entire time he was working through hired him for, seemed like he was working for the state more than he was working for me. I had a minor traffic conviction and his answer to everything was to just admit guilt and take a plea. No one was injured, I was not intoxicated or traveling over the speed limit; there was alot of misunderstanding and perception from law enforcement, but Dan just refused to fight for me. Afterwards, I talked to a second lawyer who familiarized himself with my case because he was defending against the cop who pulled me over and the lawyer said Dan is good friends with the DA that settled with me. The entire time, I was always defending myself against the man that was suppose to be defending me. One of the worst experiences of my professional life. Highly recommend a second opinion before you hire Dan Fulmer.
