My business partner and I hired Dame Law, based on a referral from one of my preferred closing attorneys, to represent us in a lawsuit filed by a buyer on an investment property we sold. The buyer claimed we failed to disclose a latent defect, even though the property was sold “as-is” and a disclosure was provided.
