I feel lucky to have found Cyrus and his firm to help me (and hopefully many others in the future) to have "Righted a wrong" done to me and my service dog. After a long flight and ariving at a known St Louis Airport hotel with a confirmed reservation I was told "Sorry we dont have a room for you with a dog". Despite being a travel agent, calling the hotel the night before to reconfirm and make sure they knew I was a paraplegic/incomplete quad as a full time wheelchair user with a trained service animal I was DENIED service. This was a HUGE violation of the MHRA. Nothing like this should ever hHeave happened. I was discriminated and refused service because I was in a wheelchair with a service dog. I was humiliated, angry, upset, in shock, disbelief and the list goes on. I suffered an injustice which has evidently happened to others at that hotel who then tried to lie, do away with video evidence and say that I was refused service because I alledgedly failed to provide my id and credit card at check in. Complete Ludicrous. Anyway, Cyrus and his team knew this was a wrong not just against me but our society. He worked tirelessly to help make it right and force the hotel and brand to make things right. His experience and knowledge about discrimination, human rights and the law coupled with an intence work ethic allowed me and TJ (my service dog) to be made WHOLE ! He has done right by me, helped to force the hotel to participate in disability access, training and how to treat people that will check in to this hotel and others in the STL area so they dont have to endure what I suffered that night. He was honest and straight forward with me and didnt sugar coat anything! Litigation is always a risk, but he trusted me and the facts and I trusted him. I would TOTALLY recomend him and his firm to anyone who has suffered DISCRIMINATION and a Human Rights injustice/violation under MO law !. He Knows his stuff and took the time, effort and energy to make things right. If you are in need of a man of ethics, morals, fair business practice and help in making things right then HE and DASHTAKI LAW FIRM SHOULD BE YOUR CHOICE HANDS DOWN!

Although Dashtaki Law Firm was unable to take on my case, they treated me with genuine respect, thoroughly reviewed my situation, and took the time to point me toward the right resources. One word to describe Cyrus Dashtaki and his law firm is just PURE AMAZING! They really care for you and your needs and listen to you every step of the way!
