Called on 4/22/26 in regards to potentially hiring Sedey Harper Westhoff for representation. I was asked to submit an intake form the same day during that call. I also made it very clear up front, that I could not wait 2 weeks before hearing from someone just to know if they would be a good fit for my case or not. I was assured someone would call me within 3 business days. Fast forward to 4/28/26, I called to check on the status of my intake form as no one from the lawfirm had contacted me yet. I was told someone was scheduled to call me on 4/30/26 by end of evening so I waited patiently. Yet again nobody reached out. I called once again on 5/4/26 and was assured someone would call me by the end of the evening. It is now the end of business hours 5/5/26, I still have not received the phone call I was assured several times I would get. I guess I will be seeking representation elsewhere. At this point, I would be concerned how my case would be handled if this is how potential clients are introduced to their firm. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time.
