I had a terrible experience working with Erin Lueker. During our initial consultation, she set very high expectations for the value of my wrongful termination lawsuit, especially given that I provided solid written and recorded evidence. However, over the course of two full years, she repeatedly shy'd away from mediation, claiming it was not worth the fee, and consistently, toward the end, ignored my input on how I wanted my case handled. When a key ruling came down regarding damages, Erin admitted the judge was not properly applying the law, yet she made no attempt to challenge or fight the decision. This drastically gutted the strength and value of the lawsuit. In the end, I was pushed into a small settlement where the firm walked away with twice as much money as I received. To top it off, she initially refused to pay out my pre-settlement funding from the settlement proceeds until I had to step in, show her the contract she had signed, and force her to process the payment.
