I am disappointed with the lack of communication I have experienced with Brown & Crouppen. Over the past several weeks, I have made multiple attempts to contact my assigned paralegal, Kaitlyn Nulsen. I have also spoken with two different staff members and left three messages requesting a return call, none of which have been returned. During the initial consultation and intake process, the firm was professional, attentive, and responsive. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been significantly different. I have been attempting to obtain information regarding an important development in my case and would also like the opportunity to discuss additional questions and potential next steps. Despite my repeated efforts, I have been unable to speak with someone who can provide the information or guidance I am seeking. I understand that legal professionals manage demanding schedules and numerous cases. However, I believe timely communication and reasonable responsiveness are essential to maintaining trust between a client and their legal team. I am not expecting daily updates or immediate responses, but I do believe that receiving a return call within a reasonable timeframe is a basic professional courtesy. I sincerely hope this matter can be addressed and that communication improves moving forward. My intention is not to discredit the firm, but to express my concerns and emphasize the importance of keeping clients informed and supported throughout the legal process.

I was in a car accident 4 years ago. I worked with Amanda Sheer,she is an amazing person. Not only did she work hard for me and my case,she got to know me and my wife and her and the staff were wonderful. I can be tough to work with and she stuck it out all the way. The crouppen family was great to us,please let them help you.

My only complaint is that I was told that the medical advisor would get a hold of me about setting up an appointment with a chiropractor and that has not happened. I was supposed to have someone contact me within at least 72 hours and that’s not happened. This is the third day.
