This was my first experience working with a law firm, and I could not have asked for a smoother process. Everyone I worked with was professional, responsive, and patient throughout the entire process. They consistently took the time to explain everything clearly, and whenever I had a question or did not fully understand something, they made sure that by the end of our conversation I understood what was happening and what to expect. They were also prompt in responding to my phone calls and emails, which gave me confidence that my case was being handled appropriately.
