In Feb. of 2026 I talked to Attorney Craig about a matter with our neighbor concerning a needed survey. I was told to have the survey done then we would talk about it. Had the survey done but neighbor is not satisfied with it. Went to the office the 2nd week of July and the girl at the desk said she would give him the message. 2 weeks went by. Made another trip to the office the last week of July. Girl out front looked it up and he was given the message. Waited another week no call. I have wasted 3 weeks waiting for a call. If Mr. Craig wasn't interested, fine. I thought I should have at least I should have been given a phone call . He could have at least have told one of the ladies out front to call me. This review is not for the entire office, just Mr. Craig. I have wasted 3 weeks. No way to run a business.

I contacted them because I wanted to work with their firm. After learning that the other party in my case is represented by another attorney, they called me back and said they had a conflict of interest and could not represent me. I politely asked them to explain the conflict, but they refused to provide any reason or clarification. It was frustrating to be turned away without any explanation. Better communication and transparency would have made this experience much more professional. Stay away from this company

They were very formal, and not people with whom I felt comfortable. I spoke to Ari Summers, who was extremely long winded and seemed to want everyone to know he was the smartest person in the room. I later went back and re-read his on-line bio. I was not surprised to see him preening over a trip to South Africa as a novice attorney "helping" refugees obtain citizenship. It's difficult to believe someone straight out of law school would do
much more than fetch coffee for the real lawyers who actually knew South African law. It's also difficult to take his "white savior" complex seriously when he charges $500 an hour.

We passed and chose other representation.
