Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this firm.
I retained this firm for a Workers’ Compensation–related matter that should have been properly presented in the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Despite raising clear concerns about how the case needed to be handled, the firm refused to present the matter in AAA as required, without providing a meaningful legal explanation.
During a phone call, Alice was openly dismissive and stated that she did not care about my case, particularly after I questioned why the case was not being handled correctly. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable from any attorney, especially when a client is seeking clarity and advocacy.
I also encountered billing concerns, including attempted legal fees that were not clearly explained or justified when I asked for clarification.
Additionally, the Watertown office is not ADA compliant, despite representations on Google and the firm’s website suggesting otherwise. As a disabled individual, this was a serious and unacceptable barrier to access.
This firm came recommended by a family friend, which made the experience even more disappointing. After witnessing how clients are treated, my family and friends will be steering clear of this office in the future.
Clients deserve transparency, respect, and competent representation. I did not receive that here.

I appreciate Sue the receptionist she works extremely hard to give the best advise that she can. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff for helping me along my journey. I know it wasn't easy and I have a case load big enough for a few of us. I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything. But I do know you guys work very hard. And even to get the congratulations at the end and just to call me and tell me meant so much. Not only by Molly but Sue as well. I appreciate you all more then I'll ever be able to show or express. You did a amazing job. And I know my case load was a lot. So I appreciate you even taking my case. And the patience along the way.
