Jonathan Tuggle was my lawyer five years ago. At the time, unbeknownst to me, he was having an affair with his paralegal Elizabeth Rapp and was distracted. Elizabeth convinced him to drop my case, which he did and shortly thereafter I appeared in court unrepresented and lost my case and my children.

A month later I received a message from Jonathan saying he was never upset with me (and hinted that he wanted more).

I started to do some research online and found that he has had several cases against him for unprofessionalism ie. showing up late to court because of his alcoholism.

Jonathan Tuggle and his firm need a lesson in ethics.
