I’ve worked with Ashley on a couple of child support modifications, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with her representation. She is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and very accessible, which made what could have been a stressful process much easier. I am beyond disappointed with my experience. After spending a significant amount of money, I walked away feeling completely unheard and dismissed. We hired this firm for professional guidance and advocacy/GAL, but we didn't even receive basic recommendations on how to move forward. My concerns were ignored, and the lack of direction made a difficult situation even worse. There is no way to 'make it right' after the fact. To make matters worse, I've since heard she may be retiring or moving on from her practice. It certainly felt that way during my case—like she had already checked out. If you're looking for an attorney who is actually invested in your future and willing to provide real recommendations, keep looking. This was a very expensive lesson in feeling ignored.
