I retained Lindsey after being completely railroaded by three different attorneys in town and over $100,000. She knew my story and acknowledged how I was railroaded. I paid another $4500 to tell my story and in a matter of 3 weeks she withdrew 5 days before a hearing. This is the kind of stuff that goes on. She is one of many attorneys in Brevard county getting a piece of the pie and then uses a “withdrawal “ of representation to leave you hanging. Yep! Less than 5 days before a hearing and judge denies continuance. Beware! My thoughts are opposing counsel got their claws into her and all of a sudden she no longer had my best interest. Protecting the bigger wallet. I would be more than happy to share my experience as it WAS NOT good. Edited..... as her response is a joke and attorneys don't want to be held accountable for being unethical in my opinion.
