After a negative experience with another law firm, working with Elise Singer was a breath of fresh air. She took my case on short notice and represented me during a full-day hearing. With prior counsel, I constantly felt the need to repeat and explain myself just to feel understood. I used Elise for family law. She charged me $7500 and told me I’ll see my son again in about 40 days. I didn’t see my son until 6 months later. She was all talk and no action. I have an account with money in it still. I didn’t hear from her for 8 months so I decided to reach out about child support. It’s been about 3 more months now and still nothing. If I could give no stars I would. Worst experience and biggest waste of money. Do yourself a favor and go with any other law firm. Singer family law is B.S and takes your money they get rich off of peoples anguish. Terrible occupation made for terrible people.

Called for a consultation on a prenuptial agreement and was slighly embarrassed for being unaware of the high unadvertised cost. And was ask, "what are you even trying to protect?". Seemed like she was trying to talk me out of it, and it wasnt really worth my time or hers to deal with me. I would not recommend reaching out for prenuptial agreement help.

I was referred to Elise from a close friend who was on the opposite side of his divorce proceedings. When I discussed that I am getting divorced his words were " You need to use this lady. She represented my ex when I got divorced and she does not play." After that referral, Singer Family Law represented me initially in 2014 for my divorce. Over the years my former spouse became very vindictive. She started filing multiple lawsuits against me because her first lawsuit for modification was not successful in May of 2022. Since the court's decision in my favor in 2022 there have been multiple frivolous lawsuits and baseless allegations to drain me and my family of our resources. After numerous court appearances and batting a 1000% with the courts we are finally starting to see the wheels of justice working, and now my ex is responsible for attorney's fees. If you are looking for family law representation, then working with Elise and Carin is like working with a dynamic duo.
