I feel like Jennifer DIckerson is not taking my case seriously. I can get evidence if I just had her help. Seems like corruption. I worked my way back up from living in motels and everywhere and nowhere. My son having autism diagnosis at age 3. Eloping and discharged from daycare. I lost everything. I now have a beautiful place but the next door neighbor's endless calls to cys and police since I moved in 4 years ago caused my son's removal. They are vile and act like they're good church going people but all the while of course no one notices but me because they don't do it to anyone but me. They call constantly to get me to move and hate on my autistic son and me. and then act like they didn't do anything at all and they're just innocent old people who read the Bible . I've asked them but they've honestly never given me a reason why I should move . They're just another set of people that pick on my autistic son and me believe it or not it happens everywhere there's a lot of vile people who pick on disabled kids apparently. And there's a lot of vile people who don't want to see people do good or be happier than them. I see it everywhere we go. I refuted most evidence and and cys saw the call was false. But they just kept sending a caseworker trying to get me to sign to open a case and I kept refusing there was no need to open a case I asked them to please go help somebody that really need help as we used to be homeless and couldn't get any help even when we begged.then they recruited the school. Now they just keep coming up with fake new reasons every time one is proven false. First i proved my son had medical issue I addressed. Then the Foster mother stopped giving him his medication and cys tried to insist with false information that he no longer needed it after 2 years of going to hospitals. Then it was my mental health.my mental health is fine and I successfully completed therapy after 14 years but still go back if I need it. then im a druggie. I have three and a half years of clean drug tests with suboxone film use at the place where I get my medication and they said it wasn't random enough. I just think it's crazy to put down someone's sobriety and accomplishments like that. Now its something else totally false the caseworker made up in court. It's bull. I want my son home. Everyone knows I gave up and changed everything. We couldnt afford it. from not eating much just to feed him. To not looking too good because i couldnt get into a dentist. afford a haircut etc etc. Also people just discriminate against my looks even though Suboxone films made me lose my teeth cuz I got sober off opiates 13 years ago. People always judge me on how I look though. I did my very best for Julian. And I did a quite good job if I might add myself for example my PECO bill is on 0 balance every month. No other unpaid bills period. Very few people make it out of homelessness with their nonverbal autistic son on their own that's why I look this way. I have no family that can babysit or friends. He was hard work and doesnt talk and i cant trust alot of people. I still stayed employed through most of those years except during the pandemic or when I was fighting the schools with an attorney to get him in the right school. I just really feel if could refute this new claim if I could get the rest of my evidence with her help instead of just hearing constant excuses about why my son won't be home when he shouldn't even be where he is to begin with. Might have been fine temporarily but he should have been home. he's with all 65 year old woman who doesn't let him outside. take him anywhere or even understand him at all because she hasn't been with him for the last 10 years. I think it's a shame because every year I took him sledding. I let him outside every single day. I took him to stores every single day and that's how he learned to walk next to me. even while working and taking care of every single thing in my home. It seems like everyone but me(school included) can make mistakes.I just don't understand why Jennifer won't help me.

I worked with Melanie Wender with a high conflict divorce and custody case. She was extremely well organized, prepared for any scenario, time efficient, a pleasure to be around and speak with, and informative of all proceedings and steps. Melanie helped me re-establish and save my relationship with my children.
