Nancy Larkin Taylor

Nancy Larkin Taylor was a horrendous landlord. She made numerous promises of repairs, of which took months to complete (securing a door which did not latch, leaving my mother's safety at risk). Many were not completed at all.
My 95 year old mother was her tenant for over a year. The carpeting was falling apart from the time she moved in (and smelled like cat pee), fraying and buckling. My mother fell several times and Nancy was notified of this. Nothing was done by Nancy. Pictures were sent as well. Ms Taylor chose to not make any repairs, allowing the carpet to continue to fray and buckle.
Ms Taylor has now refused to return my mother's security claiming the carpets were ruined by her pets. That is ludicrous!
Unfortunately, my 95 year old mother (living off of social security) has not received the security due to her or any type of documentation as to why not.
I'm guessing Ms Taylor is using her legal knowledge to hijack the security from an elderly woman.

You gotta believe that your counsel is better than the opposition. Regardless of right or wrong, or the "principle," winning is what you pay for, and winning is what you get with Nancy Larkin Taylor. Also important is being told the unvarnished truth about the case. No smoke, please. Can we do this, or not? If not, let's not start.

I always appreciate the honesty with which Nancy approaches her cases. Both as a client and a colleague I know she is well respected in the courthouse, and has no time for BS.

So, if you want it laid out the way the matter is likely to proceed and conclude, go to the attorney who knows from experience, both as a court staffer earlier in her career and in her private practice. She is seldom wrong.

I don't want to pay for useless opinions, nor someone who just agrees with me.

I have watched her career from the beginning (yes. we worked together years ago), and Nancy is one of the best.
