Honestly I’m disappointed with the services lots of back and forth plus it’s hard to get a hold of them let alone have them get back to you. I basically got my case started with them but it didn’t take months until I had to show up in-person after failed calls and not hearing back from them only to be told that my process hasn’t been started because I didn’t sign a contract with them (mind you they’ve already been paid and all and with all the calls they never bother to reach out to me with that information). My word of advise: I would think twice before asking them for help.
