I've closed with Allen Law Group no less than four times and each experience was stellar. Atty. Allen is a lawyer's lawyer. She's smart, responsive, and efficient.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had with a law office. During a closing, I asked a simple and reasonable question—whether Dana Allen was the only attorney in that specific office. I clearly stated that this was my first closing and that I was asking purely out of curiosity for future business.

Instead of answering professionally, Dana Allen became defensive and combative, abruptly stating that the conversation was being cut off because she was doing my client “a favor.” She made unfounded assumptions about my intent and responded in a condescending manner in front of my client.

It became clear that her defensiveness stemmed from the fact that my client was unpleasantly surprised at the closing table by a lien that her office failed to disclose in a timely manner. Rather than addressing and resolving this issue ahead of time, her team allowed it to surface at the table, creating unnecessary stress and confusion for the client.

Her reaction and handling of the situation were extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable for everyone involved. A basic question and a preventable issue should never be met with hostility. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this office and will not be bringing future business here.

My family used Attorney Allen to prepare a trust. I cannot express enough how much I loved working with her. She does not look like a "typical" lawyer. She immediately put our family at ease. It made me feel that she would really understand our needs. She understood the intricate details of our family dynamic. She also was very reasonably priced compared to other attorneys that we called. I have even recommended others who have has a trust done by her. They were happy with her.

This is one of my first times writing a review. When I received the feedback survey from the law firm, I was impressed that they cared enough. to actually ask. A lot of firms do not seem to care anymore what we agents have to say.

First, I will start with the beginning. The other agent chose to use them. I represented the buyer and it was our choice who to use, but I went with the recommendation of the listing agent.I wasn't sure what to expect after seeing some of the reviews, but I chose to decide for myself. My client received a payment link to pay their earnest money. It was very convenient. Ask for a payment link if your client doesn't want to wire.

I was a little nervous, but the buyer and lender both said they were easy to work with. The pre closer and closer were extremely helpful and responsive along the way. They seem to respond quickly to emails.

The closing was quick, but thorough. They close buyers and sellers separately. It is a great idea for privacy. Attorney Allen was extremely personable. She answered questions with ease and made sure we were all comfortable with the process.

They followed up after the closing to make sure we didn't need anything else. I have sent two clients I am sending to them for different things after this closing. Thanks for everything!
