Paid a retainer of $5,000 to get absolutely nowhere with anything and had to turn around and spend an additional $5,000 on another attorney to get the job done. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM! A total of zero dollars were refunded, and they just act like its completely normal for someone to give them money and they do not do anything in return. If I ran a business this way, I'd be homeless.

Update to my original review: The attorney's office continued to say that I needed to "replenish the tank" and I absolutely refused so they withdrew as counsel. The case started in 2022 so 3 years of absolutely no results, $5k that I am still making payments and they continued to ask for money. Luckily for me the plaintiff in the matter stopped coming to court so I was victorious but none of it was due to the diligence of this firm. Absolutely appalled at the lack of communication and concern for their clients.

I have been trying to get Mrs. Bowen on the phone to answer my billing questions, and mysteriously she is always on another line and never calls back. Same with my attorney Mrs. Hellen. I have emailed directly, through the portal and have tried contacting by phone all to no avail. I never hear from them until there is a hearing and that is unacceptable!
