I have wanted to become a doctor for years, and I was facing a very serious felony that held a very high maximum sentence of prison time as well as permanently ruining my dreams of attending medical school. I shared my goals of becoming a doctor with Aneeq, and he assured me he would do everything in his power to make sure this was possible.
Initially there was one serious felony charge, and the person pressing charges had purposefully falsified police reports, making it a very difficult case to fight. Aneeq advised me not to take the plea’s that the prosecution offered, and advised me when to take the plea. His risk-assessment and analysis of a case's strengths and weaknesses is phenomenal, and this allowed me to secure an amazing result in this case. Aneeq and his team got the prosecutor to admit this case was a probation case, not a prison case, and to lower this serious felony to the lowest possible felony available. In sentencing, they got me ZERO jail time and expungement of all charges. This result will allow me to continue on my path towards medical school.
