My mother in law paid thousands of dollars to have her Estate set up properly (several years ago). After her passing (Recently) we have found out they did not set up the Estate correctly, did not protect accounts from having to be probated!!! When we called them about things we needed they said they would set up an appointment with us and let us know how much it would cost to get things squared away!!!! Expecting us to pay them to fix their mistakes! We trusted them and they have cost us. Our friends had their Estate looked over also done by them and found out it's a huge mess too! BEWARE!!!!!
Update: yes they have reached out, (only after they saw the bad review)however after the mess everything is in we do not trust this to be handled by Ziegler in a satisfactory capacity.

Pam and Trey were great. They explained everything and helped through out the process. They kept us updated on what was happening along the way. Plan on using them again in the future for more estate planning.
