I had Raymond Zenkert as a attorney for a case in Massachusetts. You see this is the situation. My parents eventually passed away in South Hadley, Massachusetts. My brother James Zabik was allowed to live in the House until he passed away or became incompetent or sick where he couldn't pay the bills. My niece Lexi felt she was "Entitled" to House because it was her Dad not because of the Will. So anyways she decided to ignore my phone calls, take the will and not disclose or tell me because I was the trustee so she could take ahold of the property and lease it. I gave this guy a call from San Antonio Texas because that's where I live and my neice knew that that's why she took advantage of the situation. Anyways tthis guy was recommended and I hired him. I didn't realize that he was going to be terrible for me. When I paid this guy the initial $4,000.00 after I filled out the paperwork and he charged my card for his legal assistance, he refused to answer my phone calls. I kept calling this guy 15 times and he refused to answer any of my phone calls and I made a lot. This guy was a total disaster for a "Lawyer".He would only have any convey with me by email and most of the emails were about the same. I got the hint that he was only doing this to charge me for the next $4,000.00 I mean he didn't lift a finger to do anything on my behalf. He kept trying to settle the case out of Court. I think he was afraid. I spoke to another lawyer and this was a clear case of fraud yet he didn't want to do anything about it. If there's any debate I still have all the emails to prove it. Eventually I paid this guy $15,000.00 and I had to fire him because I had enough of crappy lawyer not wanting to fight for you He wouldn't even attack her in Court. You think that he would even be able to stand up to the opposite Attorney but this guy has no spine. In fact this guy is more interested in going on his "Fishing Trips" and charging me. I don't know why this guy is even a lawyer and how the hell did he they and maintain his law license. If I was an Attorney I would be interested and at least answer the phone if I charged $15,000.00. He was fired and I replaced him with me. I won the case because the opposing attorneys were idiots. Oh by the way his secretary is just as rude. So take my advice if you need legal assistance stay away from this guy. Look for someone else.
