But after attending a seminar and then a meeting with Scott, I felt he had an understanding of my needs and desires for my heirs, and then he prepared the documents, which I can amend anytime things change. Then I met with Maudie and she went over the documents to be sure everything was in order, and made sure I know how to contact them, if changes need to be made in the future. So far everything has run smoothly, and I hope to be around a while, but when I move on, I feel that my "last wishes" for my earthly possessions will be handled well.
