This lady ms Garcia is by far a fraud a crook a horrible example as to wat it means to represent any children she was hired for minors counsel in which I paid for and she is not capable of understanding being a parent she has no children of her own so she cannot comprehend the importance of parenthood she only barely has a bachelor's and is 100% not qualified to even speak to children she asks very bizarre questions such as waving around a magic wand and making wishes she lives in a fantasy world she is a thief and will not take on any case serious she uses the court system as a money scheme and does not do her job she goes only based on the paperwork in front of her she will not go to schools she will not check attendance or grades she will not go to the home as minors counsel is supposed to be a thorough investigation by a qualified attorney who cares for children and the best interest and does not try to divide the home but understand both parties sides and relays that to the judge as a representation to wats best for the children she claims not to speak to the parents of the case she only represents the children but that's not the case if she feels like u may be a threat by exposing her practice and how she handles her cases she will try to lie on you and your character you can clearly tell by the way she speaks she is not a professional she doesn't take her job serious she doesn't answer any calls she has secretaries who are overworked and underpaid thy do all her work for her she is just a face to the courts she tries to get involved with ppl with power in the court system just to stay afloat but she has a practice that will not be in business for much longer she is a fraud and her and her office needs to be investigated for malpractice and she should be held accountable at the highest account especially since she profits on children and vulnerable parents dealing with sensitive matters she needs to be exposed and held accountable at the highest accord I believe her secretaries are good ppl but at the end of the day the need a job and this lady ms Garcia should have her license revoked and never be able to practice in kern county or any county for that matter she should take a parenting class herself and understand real life situations and stop living in fantasy land she is just enjoying all the hard working parents money and having a field day she is a good actress and should take in a different career I hope this brings light to all parents looking for a attorney she is not capable and not the one she is not qualified uneducated and working the court system and she will be investigated for fraud and malpractice...

Overall I had a great experience with Mrs. Garcia. She takes her time to listen to our wants and needs and very reasonable on price. We interviewed other lawyers and their prices were outrageous! She understand the law and is very professional. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

I regret hiring this lady to fight for me I payed her in full never got any meetings everytime I would call her staff would say she’s out the office and would never return any calls I got frustrated and showed up to the office I got the door shut in my face when I told them I wanted my money back. They are very unprofessional and they do not care they just money hungry. Case is closed I only met her once and that’s when we had court date to determine child custody I lost the case thanks to ms Garcia. I kept calling because I wanted the rest of the money that she didn’t use and they do not answer my calls anymore.

She was appointed as minors counsel for my kids and she really cared and advocated for them. It was the first time the court ever listened to them in 8 years. I truly believe that because of her and Judge Griffith my daughter’s life was saved. Not many minors counsels in town take their job as seriously as she does.

This attorney was court-appointed during a highly sensitive matter, despite the fact that I had already maintained custody of my children for over six years. Given the circumstances, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and accountability—especially from someone placed in a position of trust by the court.
Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Communication was inconsistent at best. Multiple follow-ups regarding reimbursement of my portion of the fees went unanswered, and an offer to provide probate attorney referrals—something that was important for moving forward—was never fulfilled.
After making repeated good-faith efforts to resolve the matter directly, I was ultimately forced to initiate a credit card dispute due to the lack of response or resolution. This is not something I take lightly, but it became necessary given the circumstances.
In situations involving families, legal transitions, and loss, responsiveness and follow-through are not optional—they are essential. Based on my experience, those expectations were not met here.

I would strongly encourage others to ensure they are working with someone who is communicative, reliable, and willing to follow through on their commitments, especially when navigating critical legal matters
