Law Office of Sarah L. Vizzard

Sarah was very prompt in speaking with me. At first I wasn’t sure what to expect and was a little scared to talk to her but she was honest and upfront to the point and with the business. Once all that was established on a lighter note we laughed at some common things talked about life in general and I left the conversation feeling good. I look forward to working with her in the near future. Thanku Sarah!

she just told me she is retired and no more practicing as she is 75 years old

Horrible she was very disrespectful and sarcastic from the start I don’t know how she has her credentials still.very unprofessional the lady was trying to be my wife’s marriage coach and told her to leave me when that had nothing to do with why she was there.

I'm only leaving 1 star because zero is not an option. Sarah Vizzard was assigned as minor counsel. She must have been confused because she was fighting for the father instead of the minor. The minor told her multiple times that he did not want to change visitation. Each time we went to court, Vizzard tried changing it. The minor also told her numerous times that he did not want to talk in court. She persisted and continuously asked him to testify. However, the minor stood his ground and continued to say NO! Vizzard was biased toward the Mother of the minor and made several derogatory statements about her. Each time we went to court Vizzard met with the dad outside of the courtroom as if she was representing him. Vizzard also went as far as to subpoena the counselor that both Mother and Father were ordered to see. However, our attorney(who is a badass) blocked that because the counselor did not have permission to share privileged confidential information. In the end when the Father could not show proof for cause to change. Vizzard stood up and tried to fight the case for the Father. However, the case was dismissed due to lack of evidence to show cause for change. It was blantly obvious that Vizzard had formed a negative opinion about the Mother and sided with dad. She did a horrible job of representing the minor. Do better Vizzard the minors best interest should always be the first priority! I would not recommend Vizzard to represent any minor! She's a disgrace to the attorneys who take their job seriously and fight for the minors that they represent.
