If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. We have been asked continuously to increase our payments, yet two years into the program there were still debts that had not been satisfied. We then tried to pay them off so we could buy a house. We sent them $40k which was way more than needed to satisfy our debt and refund us money. We were told it would it would take no more than 2 weeks. After 16 plus hours on the phone and back and forth for 2 weeks, they tried to talk us out of just cancelling the program. Less than 12 hours after mentioning cancelling the program, they magically paid off $13k in debt without our approval. This debt and another debt had already been written off without us knowing as well. We had a Lien on our title without our knowledge. After finally getting someone to cancel the program, we were told they would pay us in $4999 increments for several days to get our refund back. Come to find out, they chose to mail a $27k check without any means of tracking it instead of actually sending us our money.

My advice to anyone considering this program and company is to be mindful. Talk with your creditors before you do a debt consolidation plan with these people. They are horrible to contact. They always want to increase your payment. They charge “success fees” that are actually more than your debt. They make promises that cannot be kept. They will not work with you when it comes time to actually pay everything off. Do not use this company. It has been the absolutely worst experience of my life!!!

I had an outstanding experience with Warden and Associates. Following a serious car accident in October 2024, I had the pleasure of working with my attorney, Kyle, who handled my settlement offer with the utmost care and professionalism. He ensured my case was managed in the best way possible. I will definitely be choosing this law firm for any future legal needs.

After 2 years I requested this be cancelled. My agreement was met and I do not want to extend this agreement. I was told I could not cancel the extension of an agreement I did not make. They now have it set up to begin taking money from my bank in April. Today, 01/05/2025 I again told them to cancel this in an email. If I have to close my account down to stop this company from stealing from me, I will.
