I want to express how thankful I am for Marshall Witt and his team! Before, during, and after my case, Mr. Witt made sure I was informed about everything, explained all my options, and got me a deal I wouldn’t have ever gotten with anyone else.
But the best part is that all of that was nothing compared to the genuine care he showed me during one of the hardest times of my life. Witt and his team would continually check on my wellbeing and provided helpful advice that was for my personal life, outside the case. He went way beyond just being a lawyer. Besides my siblings, Witt and his team were the only people to genuinely ask how I was doing and expressed that if I was struggling I could reach out for advice (With respect to his profession). I never received that same compassion anywhere else.
After my case was over, Marshall truly was compassionate and asked about my mental and overall health. I wasn’t sure where to begin after the case, I was already moved out of St. George at the time. Marshall stepped in and didn’t force his agenda on me but instead asked my preferences and gave me the choice to choose myself.
