I regret to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services provided by the law firm. I have experienced significant issues, including the misappropriation of my $3,000, and a lack of communication for over three years. I ultimately took the initiative to file my own divorce and complete the necessary paperwork independently. Moreover, the contact information provided for my new attorney led to a restaurant rather than a professional office. I began my contract with Wise Law in November 2023. Before I even went to court for the contempt I was being charged with, Craig Farrish, my awesome attorney, left the firm. Raia Hirsch came in to take over my case and she was also amazing, but again, before we went to court to defend me from contempt, which is what I sought representation for, Raia also left the firm. This is not an attorney problem, it's a firm issue. My case was given to Marcus Coleman, who is absolutely the worst attorney I've ever had. He won't answer calls, texts or emails. I have never felt less confident going to court. I've tried multiple times to contact Wise Law in reference to all of this and have been totally ignored after calling and leaving messages, chatting with their online bot and sending emails. I have court coming up again in February and feel like I need to hire a new attorney so I can feel confident moving forward. Wise Law has never defended me from contempt as I hired them to do and if they can't provide solid representation I would like to get some of money back to put towards hiring a new attorney. I DO NOT RECOMMEND contracting Wise Law for your representation at this time when they have no good attorneys on board. The owner lives and practices in Kentucky and not in Ohio so he hires attorneys here to work for him. He's obviously not doing something right because the awesome attorneys he has had keep leaving the firm. Overwhelming people with too many cases and not enough support and then giving their cases to a terrible attorney who is almost completely unresponsive when they leave the firm. Such a fail for me and my children. I'd love to talk to someone about this if you all would be gracious enough to even return my call and try to resolve this very unsavory situation.

Raia is great, Wise and Associates however have unethical practices, and contracts that are not valid or enforceable in Ohio due to being in violation of Ohio laws. They bill for items not included in their fee agreement and refuse to provide refunds for services paid for but not received. If you too are a victim of this firm, it’s imperative you reach out to the Cincinnati Bar.

A friend hired Riah Hirsch at Wise Law. The case was paid in full $3000.00. Ms. Hirsch completed the filing of my friends case before deciding to move to Columbus, Ohio to seek employment elsewhere. Ms. Hirsch handed the case to an attorney named Marcus Coleman out of Cincinnati. Mr. Coleman stated he would be reviewing my friends case and sending out a document. This attorney will not call my friend back nor has he made any progress. Her first court date is scheduled for the 6th of December and she gave her money to Riah Hirsch and now has been left to fend for herself. What kind of Law Firm does this? Ms. Hirsch left her high and dry. Now the attorney, Hirsch left her case with is claiming to not even know Ms.Hirsch. Im disgusted with this business practices and have been left with little to bo choices here. I do not recommend this firm nor do I recommend handing over that kind of money for this type of service with such disgraceful attorneys that are supposed to assist in their clients needs.
