After reviewing Wilkinson Law Firm’s promising Google reviews, I retained their attorney, Lindsey Schmeidler, to represent me in a Civil Family Law case and this was a huge mistake!!! Not only did Lindsey Schmeidler seem unknowledgeable about basic family laws in Arkansas (which led to the opposing counsel to always get the better of Lindsey in every legal agreement) but Lindsey Schmeidler also seemed more interested in inflating the billable hours she would charge me ($300/hr) by arguing with me over the phone/email (instead of against the opposing counsel), by sending me pointless emails that simply reconfirmed details I had already shared with her, by Lindsey charging me to half-heartedly negotiate with the opposing counsel she was friendly with, or by Lindsey attending legal proceedings where she wasn’t needed or even advocated on my behalf. As soon as I initially retained Lindsey Schmeidler, from the Wilkinson Law Firm, she had seemed promising and like she would fight on my behalf but I quickly learned she was a lawyer that was unprepared and more interested in driving up the legal costs she would charge me (several thousand dollars) without delivering any results except lies to me. Stay away!!!!

I cannot recommend Lindsey Schmeidler enough. From the beginning she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about not just my case but me. She kept me informed, she answered all of my questions and just genuinely cared and helped me ANYTIME I needed her. Her dedication and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for my family gave me peace of mind during a extremely stressful time in my life. I am extremely grateful for her hard work and expertise. If you're looking for a lawyer who truly puts her clients first, is knowledgeable and aggressive and cares about her clients wellbeing I would 1000% recommend Lindsey.

Mauria Kemper was great. My husband had an uphill battle fighting for custody of his children. She was honest helpful and quick when it came to rely messages to the children ad litem. She answered any and all questions in order for him to understand the process and he can't express enough how greatful he is for her help.
