Paid this firm $750 to represent me on a ticket for following too closely. I had dashcam footage and enlarged photo prints of screenshots of the footage proving I was never in the same lane, nor did I run a red light and he agreed with me after viewing the footage. I had a phone call with them this Friday, 8-28-2026, and all of a sudden they were saying the prosecutor was changing it to me running a red light and he agreed with them because my own footage shows my car behind the white line when the light was red. He then strongly urged me to take a deal with the prosecutor. I emailed him this exact picture and pointed out the fact that he was lying to me about my own evidence because all of my footage clearly showed my car inside the intersection and well passed the white line entirely and the light was still yellow. If I hadn't pointed out that he was lying about my own evidence I likely would've ended up having to accept a deal for something I quite clearly didn't do on top of paying his firm $750 to represent me. Everything he was doing was textbook intentional misrepresentation so anyone considering hiring this firm needs to be very cautious and double check everything they try to do or say to you. I leave 2 stars only because he did finally get my case dismissed but only after I pointed out he was lying to me about my own evidence and urging me to take a deal. I definitely could not recommend this firm to anyone after my experience and would strongly caution anyone else considering hiring them.
