I just did a closing for one of my listings at the Locust Grove location And when it was time to get my Commissions was given a bad check. I sat in the waiting room for an hour after closing, the attorney (Savannah) handed me a check knowing I was going to the bank with it and got to the bank and could not do anything with the check. When I called back about the fact that the check was bad, I spoke with a few people most of whom behaved as if I was inconveniencing them by trying to find out how I was going to get paid due to being given a check that was bad. Now that I’m trying to find out how I’m going to get paid, the attorney is too busy in closings to come to the phone and I spoke with a pre-closers whose name was Luz Mauro And I have never had someone behave so rudely about them inconveniencing me. According to her she needed to get on with her day and needed to get off the phone so that she could keep working although I was trying to find out how they were going to rectify handing me a bad check. I’ve been doing this for almost 10 years and have Never worked with the Law Firm they gave out a bad check. Please operate with caution when dealing with this Firm. There are several reputable firms like O’Kelley, Lueder Larkin, etc. They only give checks that fund and the pre closers are professional.❤️ I think that most disappointing part is that my gut is telling me that had I’ve been a different person (yes I’m insinuating exactly what you think), THEIR error would’ve been treated with more urgency and I wouldn’t have been treated like a bothersome nuisance . Just appalling. #RubberChecks

Best closing firm in town (many locations)! I have had the pleasure of working with the team for 19+ years and they are absolutely wonderful. Thank you Jeremy, Nichole, Luz, Savannah and the entire team for making it look easy when we as Realtors know it’s not at all easy.
