Used this Group and definitely regretted it. Billed more frequently than they go to court. Milked for a few years for a case they had before COVID struck and finally took them off the case October 2023. Took the case to a family attorney that got rid of the problematic tenant in 8-9 months AND his fee(s) where way more reasonable. Be careful and think twice before settling on this firm. Good luck.
