I am deeply disappointed to change my review from 5 stars to 1. While Attorney Neil was initially helpful, the firm's administrative practices have become predatory and unethical. After paying over $3,000 for RFE preparation and submission (Invoices #1785 and #2733), the firm is now refusing to provide me with a digital scan of my own legal filing unless I pay an additional $300 fee.

I have already paid $400 in 'Standard Expenses' specifically meant to cover administrative and digital handling. Demanding an extra $300 for a scan of a document I already paid to have prepared is a double-charge and a violation of my rights as a client. According to professional standards, a client is entitled to their case file. Withholding my records for more money is a betrayal of the trust I placed in this team. If you want a firm that is transparent and respects your rights, look elsewhere.
