When I called to seek representation, Justin was beyond rude and condescending. He made my situation look very minor despite how much of a tragic experience it was for me. I understand if my case was not worth it to them, but undermining someone else’s situation was unprofessional and tacky. You would think that they would be concerned about their reputation and a possibility of a future client, but no.
