I highly recommend Mr. Wagner; I was one of his first clients back in 2007. He knew exactly what to do to reduce what could have been a very long prison sentence ( up to life) down to an easy 8 months in McIntosh County jail. When I was hit with a divorce petition, I was lost on what to do. I started pro se but thank goodness the judge gave me time to get counsel. I had called many law firms and nobody was meeting my needs. They were either rude and unprofessional or they were so far out that it was not cost effective. When I reached out to Blakes law firm, they set up a phone call appointment for me to talk to him. (Mind you, I live 4hrs away. I couldnt just drive there) when me and Blake talked, I knew he was the lawyer for me. My divorce case probably wasnt the most challenging one Blake has had, but it was an unnecessary high conflict one. I was stressed, anxious, and on high alert during the whole divorce. Blake AND Brooklynn both were able to help relieve a lot of the weight I had on my shoulders. Brooklynn was very quick at responding to my emails, and helping me understand the process. Blake was a beast out there fighting for me and my children. He wouldnt take no for an answer and was able to get my decree the way it needed to be in regards to the best interest of my children. Blake also isnt one to sugar coat things or promise you an outcome thats not guaranteed. Thats the lawyer you NEED. One who wont give you false hope, but will tell you the truth and give you options It doesnt stop there! Given that court was 4hrs away from where me and the children reside; After our decree was signed and finalized, Blake told me it would be best to transfer the case to the proper venue where the children reside. Once we were granted the transfer, Blake still offered to represent me for future hearings (cause I know theres gonna be MANY petty ones). For now, I chose to part ways just because I know that 4hr drive is hell. I would 100% rehire this firm in the future! Brooklynn & Blake are an amazing team!
