Absolutely cannot get a hold of this lawyer! The office phone just rings and rings. When you do leave a message, no one returns the call. Pretty sad for their clients who are incarcerated. This is a court appointed public defender!

UPDATE: After calling back to back, 74 times, Mr. Martinez answered the phone. He explained he's the only person in the office, so it is hard to reach him if he is in court, meeting with a client, etc. He was very professional, straightforward and answered all of my questions.

He never returns any phone calls, emails etc, unless you want to wait forever I would go somewhere else.

My boyfriend has been sitting in jail for a little over a year for something he didnt even do and he hasn't done anything for him. He doesn't return phone calls and is very rude.
