Brittney Garza who states to be a “manger” is extremely rude. If I could give this place ZERO starts, I would. You can tell she’s a miserable person.

Very stressful and upsetting experience. This firm is involved in post-judgment debt collection and receiver paperwork against me despite the fact that I am unemployed, disabled, have no meaningful assets, and not even a bank account available to garnish.

In my experience, the process has felt aggressive, intimidating, and deeply damaging to my mental health. I have struggled with severe depression, and receiving continued collection paperwork over a judgment I have no realistic ability to satisfy has made an already difficult situation feel even more overwhelming.

I understand attorneys represent creditors, but there should still be some level of humanity when dealing with people who are already financially and mentally struggling. Continuing to pursue someone with no meaningful assets or income feels less like resolution and more like pressure for the sake of pressure.

I’m not sure what the end goal is here — to collect money that does not exist, or to pressure someone with no assets and no income toward bankruptcy exacerbating my already debilitating outlook on life. Either way, the process feels aggressive, intimidating, and completely disconnected from reality. Truly wonderful individuals doing the Lord’s work and earning their place in the afterlife.

If you are contacted by this firm, verify everything directly with the court, get copies of signed orders, keep communication in writing, and learn your exemption rights before responding.
