I called about a situation for which I needed assistance involving my elderly parents. I spoke to one of the VanNess men. He literally laughed 3 times while I was inquiring about the situation. A totally pretentious jerk. Even if he could have helped, I would have walked away. Unprofessional and condescending! No thanks.
